Q - Can I press only one copy?

A - Yes you can, this is called a Dubplate

Q - I have mastered the record already, does it need to be mastered again?

A - the Mastering you refer to is during the production, the mastering we refer to is during the manufacture. It is also known as the cut and this is where the audio you provide is put on a Lacquer ready to be processed into metalwork.
